I'm Madi, your guide!
I spent years doing everything I thought I was supposed to do, personal development, practicing yoga, eating a healthy diet only to end up in bad relationships that left me burnt out and chronically ill.
I realized that most of my healing was based on self-hatred and an idea that something was wrong with me. I pushed myself too hard, and started to listen to other's opinions over my inner voice.
When I got totally honest with myself, I realized I was abandoning myself to please others, then feeling unloved and unsupported in a completely unauthentic life.
Eventually this led to my boundary setting journey, but before that I had to discover authentically who I am, and heal the beliefs that kept me stuck. I used Somatic work to help me understand myself and rebuild my inner wisdom.
Now when I have a clear roadmap to who I am, what I need and what I want, so when difficult thing's come up I know exactly what to do!
